Lord Kell's Keep and Estate at a Glance

Davin Kell holds a moderately sized estate as Lord of Hannsport and its surrounding environs.  His keep sits on a rocky promontory above Hannsport, and possesses a commanding view of the surrounding countryside.  His formal jurisdiction extends ten miles in every direction from his stronghold, but for all practical purposes, his actual influence extends nearly unhindered into the wilds all the way to the edge of the Estate of Lemminkainen Meade, the Lord of Logash.

In addition to the village of Hannsport itself, Lord Kell also commands several other farms and nearby villages, the largest of which are Dark Oaks, Gorum's Vale and Hillsreach.  Each of these three villages is in turn governed by one of the half-elf's surviving retainers.

Due to the unswerving loyalty of these aging, influential warriors to their lord, as well as the co-operative circulation of resources between villages, Lord Kell's estate has proved to be extremely resilient, despite its remoteness.
